Here’s
what
you
need
to
know:
A $500 security deposit must be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Your deposit will be mailed to you 30 days after your departure – please see rental agreement for more information.
We
will
email
you
confirmation
of
your
reservation
upon
receiving
your
deposit.
The rental amount is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. You will be mailed house info and a key two weeks prior to your arrival.
If you cancel less than 60 days in advance your deposit will be forfeited.
Personal
checks
and
cash
accepted.
No
credit
cards.
All renters will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
